Inclusive dance-based fitness classes for disabled adults catering for all abilities & fitness levels.
Join us for a 45-minute dance-based session, followed by morning tea.
- Program runs for 10 weeks concluding on April 1st. Morning tea is provided.
- Suitable for those with intellectual and/or physical disability.
- Koha appreciated.
- Suitable for ages 18+.
- Whanau & carers welcome. Wheelchair friendly.
- We will have 1 lead dance teacher and a support person present at the class.
Any new participants will be encouraged to fill in the form to ensure we have space for new attendees.
Note - these classes will not proceed at Covid-19 Alert Level 2 or higher.
