F.A.W.C! Club Tropicana

Step through the doors of Central Fire Station Bistro and into the laidback beach atmosphere of Club Tropicana.

This Hawaiian themed pop-up bar transports you straight to the land of longboards and ukuleles, serving colourful rum-laden cocktails using phenomenal local produce. The team at Central Fire Station Bistro has been busy for months, preserving strawberries, making watermelon nectar and freezing plums especially with this event in mind.

With bites from a special menu that reflects chef Sam Clark’s personal interest in Hawaiian-Chinese cooking, expect a twist on the classics - Hawaiian-style fried Bostock Brothers chicken burger, tuna poke bowl using the freshest local fish, sushi rolls and much, much more.

The perfect antidote to the change of season, Club Tropicana is an occasion sure to chase any winter blues away. Wear your florals and your fedoras – this will be fun!
