F.A.W.C! Flavours of the World

Join Mangapapa Hotel’s new Head Chef Jeffery Laurente and his brigade of chefs for a culinary journey around the world.
This will be a degustation event to remember with food, flavours and inspiration from all seven continents making up an incredible four course dinner, all match with Hawke’s Bay wines.
During this intimate dining experience, F.A.W.C!ers will discover the inspiration behind each dish and come to understand why certain dishes are matched to one wine over another.

Ticket price includes: Canapes on arrival with a glass of bubbles, 4 course dinner - 2 x entree, main course and dessert, matched glass of Hawke's bay wine (one per dish), tea/coffee and petite fours to finish.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Winter Series runs over the 4 weekends in June 2021
