F.A.W.C! Munich meets Meeanee

Spend the afternoon at this Oktoberfest-inspired party as the Old Church transforms itself into a classic German bier hall. Steins will be served, brimming with beers from Hawke’s Bay’s finest brewers. Your food sustenance will be traditional Bierfest fare including giant salty pretzels that complement the beer. The soundtrack to this memorable day will be from authentic Oom-Pa-Pa ten piece band The Steinbenders, making their way to Meeanee all the way from Wellington. Dress for the occasion in your Lederhosen if you dare.

Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
