Wayne Mills, who has been organising Kid’s Lit Quizzes for 30 years in New Zealand and across the world, is coming to Featherston Booktown to challenge us on all things literary.
This is a family-friendly event for readers aged eight to 105 and you’ll be challenged on a wide range of books including picture books, children’s, tweens, young adult, and adult books.
The theme for our quiz will be fantastical animals and beasts with a bit of wizardry and magic thrown in and you’re encouraged to dress up as your favourite book character. There will be prizes for the best costumes and snacks and treats will be supplied to keep your brains ticking.
Gather together a team of six and no more than eight people for two hours of fun and fantasy where your memories will be seriously challenged. This event is limited to 90 people, book your space here and then name your team and let us know - contact accounts@booktown.org.nz.
