Create your one-of-a-kind vegetarian "sheepskin" sitting pad - straight off the sheep's back!

Morning – Wet Felting
In this workshop, you will learn how to use raw wool of different sheep breeds to create a sitting pad that looks like a sheepskin. Just with water, soap and friction – it’s magical! A fun workshop, suitable for beginners too!

Afternoon – Dyeing
In the afternoon workshop, you will learn a process of achieving dynamic colours using simple dyeing techniques. You will be amazed by the depth and dimension of the colours created in a one-pot-dyeing process! You can either dye the sitting pad you created in the morning or you can learn how to dye locks.

Farm Tour
Tawhai Gotland stud are breeding Gotlands to a high standard, by introducing Swedish genetics. They are selling their wool directly on their homepage and there will also be wool available for Sale on the farm. There is the option to attend a farm tour during lunchtime and meet the gorgeous Gotlands.

All material included. Lunch, tea and coffee provided.
