This workshop is lead by Neave Ross-Wallace.

This evening session is for anyone who would like to learn about and practice mindful meditation. Our theme for the session is how to switch on the natural calming system in the body so we can de-stress, reduce overthinking and experience a sense of openness and relaxation. Come along for a try if you are new to mindfulness or if you are already a mindful meditator come along and support the group energy.

Neave Ross-Wallace from MindWise has over 30 years experience practising mindfulness and now facilitates groups and offers retreats and welcomes everyone to come and learn this life-enhancing practice

This workshop goes for an hour, but you may leave earlier if needed.
