The Toasted As concept began taking shape in Melbourne, inspired by the foodie culture and a mutual love of toasties. 2018 was a crazy year for owners Jamie & Sam, moving to Auckland in February and welcoming their baby girl Ella, in July. They decided life wasn't hectic enough, so took the leap in becoming business owners in October and their gourmet toastie dreams finally became reality.
