Our Resident Teacher Geshe La will lead us to understanding Buddha’s basic teaching. Shakyamuni Buddha laid down
Four-step path to freedom from emotions, understanding our very own emotions. At a traditional retreat here at our Centre, Geshe La teaches four sessions and give us talks on the topic. He also lead meditation and we have question time. We will have periods of silence with no devices.
$180 investment which includes vegetarian lunches, accommodation is extra cost.
*Bring your masks and we will be sitting 2m apart in the Hall. We have plenty of outside areas to enjoy and take our breaks.
