Franklin Positive Ageing Expo

For those 60 and over and for those planning to reach 60 plus there will be over 70 participants displaying and demonstrating their products and services for the visiting older people and for families concerned about the future of their parents and friends.

This is not a Sales Expo. It is a once a year opportunity to showcase what is available for those already retired, anticipating retirement, or are a friend/carer of an older person. All under the one roof on one day.

This can be a huge saving from travelling from place to place, gathering information to inform discussions and decisions about your future.

Expo entry is free, as is car parking and refreshments and you could even be a lucky winner of a prize draw by completing the Three Concerns leaflet on entry. There are also many spot prizes to be won.

There is a stage programme throughout the day showcasing a variety of fund exercise and dance to improve mobility and muscle strength and balance.

All appropriate Covid-19 precautions will be in place, including increased circulation space to allow greater social distancing. So if you are an older person, know an older person, or think you may be an older person one day, this is a special day for you - you will be most welcome.
