Actions more than words, you will be active all the time, you will know the secrets of restaurant service in Auckland, service techniques, preparation of the menu, table, wine and cocktails, attention to detail and customer service, body language and how to handle glasses, open a bottle of wine in front of customers, how to handle enquires, complaints and difficult situations. You will be confident after our course to start your new career in the industry.
