Remember when you were a child picking up a crayon, paint, or pencil you just started drawing and painting without a care in the world. Creating art is easy when we remember how to go with the flow, trust our inner voice, intuition, gut instinct and just create!

For this event, you will have fun with paint and drawing and learn how to create without self-judgement and put you in touch with the inner child.

All materials and equipment provided. A donation/gift would be appreciated to cover the costs of materials and help run more future events across Auckland. You are welcome to bring your own materials if you wish.

No art experience needed.

If you are suffering with depression, anxiety or cabin fever, please come. Creating art is the fastest way to get you out of the funk.
