Michelangelo - Endless, is the first ever art film made about the Renaissance creative genius Michelangelo Buonarroti. A must for the big screen, this film portrays the immortal personality of one of the greatest artists the world have ever seen through, philological accuracy, exceptional photorealism, the use of the most advanced techniques for special and digital effects, an original soundtrack, an innovative narrative layout, filming in ultra- high definition and from previously unseen standpoints.
An absorbing and engrossing visual experience, a story of strong visual and emotional impact that unfolds through the narration of the two protagonists: Michelangelo Buonarroti (interpreted by Enrico Lo Verso) and Gorgio Vasari (played by Ivano Marescotti). Their memories lead the viewer into Michelangelo’s “world” through faithful historical reconstructions, and into the heart of the film: his “infinite” masterpieces.
