Just Dance!

Get ready to journey into the space, the pause, the gap found thru dance.

Please come around 6:45 so we can all begin together at 7pm.

We will complete the journey with a unique and powerful “gong bath”.

Since the age of 17, which is quite a few years ago now, Rebecca has been joyfully sharing that which has inspired her life.

For decades she has been teaching dance, yoga, movement and meditation in many countries and at many festivals internationally. Her passion and contagious enthusiasm has inspired many to experience aspects of themselves which is very life-enhancing and nourishing to the quality of their life. One of Rebecca’s core beliefs is that once one is lucky/blessed enough to receive that which improves the joy in one’s life, then there is a responsibility to share that wisdom, that gift with others. We will never know it all but we all do possess something that can uplift others….so please do not hesitate to share.

Born in Chicago, lived in Asia for almost 40 years in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali and now New Zealand. In Bali, Rebecca created and owned a beautiful retreat centre for 6 years which ran 30 programs a year in the field of holistic health; teachers from all over the world would come with their students and spend time diving deep into wonderful health-based retreats. She is now living in Nelson NZ and looks very forward to sharing and creating life-enhancing experiences there!
