Kerikeri Adventure Film Festival

Adventure films are all about seeing adventurers push their limits while challenging natures playgrounds. Waipapa Rotary and the Kerikeri Mountain Bike Club have joined forces to bring some of the world’s best adventure films to Far North residents – to try and inspire them to get out and have adventures!

The films are sourced from Wanaka’s NZ Mountain Film Festival - one of the world’s major Mountain Film festivals.

The Wanaka festival aims to showcase films from high-octane sports such as paraponting, skiing, climbing, BASE jumping, kayaking and mountain biking. It also features more sublime but even more important environmental and outdoor culture films to educate and entertain. The films chosen for the Kerikeri festival are the ones the organisers think will appeal to Northland peoples interests.
