Laura started 2020 watching her home and country going up in huge bushfire flames from a cold apartment in Edinburgh. A few weeks later a 13-year career in comedy was on indefinite hold and she found herself spending 8 months sitting in the woods in New Zealand thinking “If this is it...”
A show for current times, it addresses the upheaving mix of doom and hope that we’re all living with. Laura delivers valiantly uplifting, intimate, a heartfelt comedy that blurs the line between artist and audience.
