LEGO Mindstorms Dozerbots

If you've already completed our beginners' class, used LEGO Mindstorms, or are at least nine years old, this two-hour class is for you!

In this session, you'll venture a little deeper into building and programming to create a LEGO bulldozer. We'll help you set up your programming and give you some plans to build a simple wheeled robot. Then you will need to get creative, designing and building your own bulldozer scoop out of Technic. Whose creation will clear the LEGO fastest?

We recommend younger students have some previous exposure to LEGO Mindstorms before taking this class. (Students under the age of eight must be accompanied by an adult.)

This session will be run in the computer labs on Auahatanga | Creativity (level four).
