Literary Salon #20 - Raglan Inkspillers Writers Collective

Raglan Inkspillers Writers’ Collective was formed in 2019, out of a shared desire to raise the profile of writers and writing in our community.  

The collective consists of eight published writers and illustrators, all of whom live in Raglan. Between us, we write and illustrate poetry, memoir, science fiction, children’s books, novels, self-help and inspirational works, and music.

We are committed to promoting local books and writers, and supporting established and beginning writers in our community. We also aim to improve the breadth, quality and professionalism of our own, and other local writers’ work.

We do our own thing, but we also do things together, including holding community book-based events and finding avenues to promote and sell our work.

Come along to this inspiring and interesting evening for writers and readers to meet and converse. As per usual, the event will be hosted by our fabulous MC Dr Mark Houlahan, and there will be some of our panellists’ work available for sale at the event.
