Living With and Beyond Cancer is a five-week workshop series - held on consecutive Thursdays.

This workshop series covers off one topic each Thursday and anyone who is living with or beyond cancer is welcome to attend the free sessions.

Topics covered include:
- New Normal
- Post Radiotherapy
- Meditation for Sleep and Relaxation
- Exercise and Nutrition
- Fear of Reoccurrence
