The Tūpuna Maunga Authority invites you and your whanau to a free community celebration of the Tūpuna Maunga (ancestral mountains) of Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
Saturday 20th March 2021 we bring you ‘Love Your Maunga ki Maungawhau’ at Tāhaki Reserve, Mt Eden with market stalls, a kids zone as well as entertainment from some of Aotearoa’s iconic musicians – Annie Crummer, Lavina Williams, Seth Haapu and many more.
Whether it’s making your own poi, face painting, discovering Maungawhau with a walk to the summit to take in the breathtaking view of Auckland city from the lookout point on the new boardwalk or checking out the craft, info and kai stalls - Love Your Maunga ki Maungawhau has something for everyone.
