Painter, clay artist and Quarry Arts tutor Margriet Bruin is exhibiting her work in the Yvonne Rust Gallery during January 2021. The works are a collection of abstract, landscape and still life full of delicious colour that delights the eye. Originally from the Netherlands art has always been a big part of Margriet's life. But it was a night class in New Zealand that gave her the "light bulb moment that painting on canvas was a fantastic mode of expression". Her passion for art spills over into other's lives when she teaches her classes, which are always bubbling with enthusiasm and fun.
