Komako-Aroha and Ngaronoa Renata provide a holistic restorative practice for people to connect deeper in mind, body and spirit.

Komako is an emerging Taonga puuoro practitioner who uses the medicine of ancient Maaori instruments (Taonga Puuoro) and Tambura (Indian string instrument) to offer a space of deep presence and interconnection between oneself and the natural laws of life.

Ngaronoa uses inspired Maaori movement to facilitate a gentle, restorative practice of connecting those present in the space to return back to their essence, their core through breath.
