Matariki Retreat for Women

Matariki is a very special time of year, it is the traditional New Year on the Māori lunar calendar and as such is a time for gathering together, looking back and celebrating those souls that have departed in the year gone, feasting and finding inspiration for the year ahead.

The first part of Matariki is for Celebration and being with whanau and loved ones and the latter part for being in the quiet and to reflect, eating lightly and allowing our inner light to shine and guide us into the year ahead.

This retreat will be a gem, with a restorative yoga class, a beautiful peaceful lounge with a fire to enjoy, time to meditate together, to rest and to be inspired.

There are four places available and the retreat fee includes two night accommodation and all meals which are vegetarian.
