Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. A different topic is taught every 3–4 weeks. Beginners welcome.

Meditation is a simple yet effective tool to change our mind from negative to positive. In these classes learn the essential tools to become an effective meditator, and how to overcome obstacles to meditation.
This series is suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators who wish to get back to the basics or refresh their meditation
