You won’t find Gino Vannelli next to Van Beethoven in a list of immortal composers but you should! New Zealand’s foremost classical pianist, Michael Houstoun loves him. “I love the tunes, the harmonies, the driving rhythms, the jazz-rock feel,” Houstoun says.

Join a star studded line-up of Michael Houstoun, the Rodger Fox Big Band and special guest, supreme blues vocalist Erna Ferry, as they perform jazz adaptations of classical pieces including two of Gino’s most enduring numbers. Supported by Hamilton City Council.
