Come and join this informative and practical study of the basic neuroscience of mindfulness, the self-calming breathing exercises that lead to self-regulation as well as a deeper understanding of breath physiology and the formal practices of mindfulness. The hand brain, the brain house mindfulness of emotions and thoughts and why nature deficit disorder is being recognised as a driver in increasing stress and anxiety across all age groups. This is a practical training as well as serving as mini-retreat with like-minded people.
