Inspired by the exhibition ‘Science Fiction Science Future', this Holiday Experience is sure to capture the imaginations of young Sci-Fi enthusiasts, technology buffs, and arts and crafts fans!

Kids are encouraged to explore and discuss hi-tech concepts including automation and artificial intelligence, and how these ideas can impact our future.

And there will be loads of hands-on activities to spark imaginations.

The Bot Lab
Create robotic art! Construct a unique autonomous Scribblebot, then release your creation to see robotic art appear before your very eyes.

The Mighty Paper-Bot
Craft your very own whimsical, walking, paper automaton

Maker Bot, Bot Maker!
Share your vision of what makes a futuristic robot, by adding your design to our gallery wall, plus, see MOTAT’s Maker Bot 3D printers at work printing a variety of unique robotic models.

Bits and Bolts:
Combine magnetic components to create a variety of weird and wacky robot designs in this activity for younger visitors

Grasp This!
Lend a robot a hand, as you use mechanical grippers to complete a range of simple tasks to hilarious effect.
