Mt Cook Lakeside Retreat invites you to our Wedding Open day on Sunday 28th February.
Our High Country Estate is situated on 66 hectares, nestled between the turquoise blue waters of Lake Pukaki and the majestic Ben Ohau ranges. It is on the doorstep of Aoraki Mount Cook National Park and the Te Wāhipounamu World Heritage Area, a place of unsurpassed beauty and natural wonders. The Retreat is unique and private, specialising in elopements, honeymoons and weddings for up to 250 people. Join us for a tour of the Retreat's facilities including the gorgeous Moraine Lodge, Wine Cellar, Villa Accommodation and our 2 Weddings lawns. We are within 2-3 hours’ scenic drive of Wanaka or Queenstown and just 40 minutes from Takapō/Lake Tekapo. Our four on-site helipads offer direct helicopter access to the Retreat for your wedding or trip to nearby glaciers.
On the day take a tour of the facilities, meet our wedding planning team, sample chef's cuisine and have a glass of complimentary bubbles on us. There is also the opportunity to enter our 'on the day' draw for 2 tickets to teh Chefs Choice Cooking Demonstration and Long Lunch on 7 March 2021.
The Open Day is free entry. For catering purposes, we ask that you pre-register and pre-registrants who attend the open day will go in the draw to win $1000 off venue hire when you book the Lodge and Lawn for your wedding reception and ceremony.
