Learn how Human Nature, Personality and Emotions impact our life.

Explore the influences of patterns of behaviour and thought, beliefs, habits and how to replace in the moment.

Learn the root cause of parenting struggles.

Develop a deeper understanding of yourself, child and relationships in your life to help navigate change and challenging times.

Step 3 - Joy
Facilitate conversations with your child which help them process their big emotions and develop their emotional intelligence so you can experience parenting the way you wish it could be - full of love, connection and joy.
