O a'u o le Samoa

Tuiga Dance Academy is a South Auckland based Dance Academy providing Siva Samoa workshops for boys and girls of different cultures between the ages of 5years to 18years old.
The theme for this showcase is "O le tagata ma lona aiga, o le tagata ma lona fa'asinomaga." Everyone has a family and ancestors, who guide them through life.
With this showcase, we hope to encourage our youth to know where their roots were founded. Presented in dance form, we aim to inspire our younger generation to explore their identity. Our identity is vital in today's society, especially in this multicultural society. To know where our roots have been founded, knowing where we have been, so that we know where we want to be in the future.
