The Finale of our inaugural annual Savour the South Festival.

A weekend for Young Chefs in training from SBHS and SIT with the finale being a 5 Course Degustation Luncheon with Matching Wines included on Sunday 16th May.

The funds will assist Southland Boys High School purchase new equipment for their training kitchen.
