RAW Comedy Quest 2021 - Dunedin

New Zealand’s largest and most prestigious open mic comedy competition!

Aspiring funny people from Otago, Southland and around the country are taking the stage to compete in RAW, a rite of passage for up-and-coming kiwi comedians.

It’s a good chance to see future rock star comedians before they sell out and start charging a million dollars per ticket at a stadium gig. You could be there when it all starts, you could brag to all your friends about witnessing their first-ever performance. Like watching the Beatles perform at a Liverpool wedding in the late 50s.

The Lower South Island competitors are competing for an all-inclusive trip to the Grand National Final in Auckland. This year's heats begin in July, located in Dunedin, Invercargill, Queenstown, Wanaka, and Clyde.
