All Ages

Reiki is an incredible tool for healing oneself, others and the world around us. Reiki means 'universal energy'. A Reiki practitioner holds space so that this energy can find the source of dis-ease and support the body to come back into balance. Reiki works on a physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level. It is incredibly nurturing and a brilliant way to shift the nervous system into its parasympathetic (rest and digest) setting. This is much needed in our busy world!

During this training day, you will understand the principles and history of Reiki, learn the basic format for self-healing and healing others, open yourself up as a channel for Reiki and give and receive a healing. You will gain your Level I certification and be able to practice Reiki on yourselves and for friends and family members.

To ask a question or to register for this beautiful training please contact Lisa Allan on or 021 026 54000.

About your Reiki teacher: Lisa has been teaching Reiki in NZ and Australia since 2013. She is also a yoga teacher and theatre practitioner. She lives in Christchurch and runs a Free Reiki Clinic on Mondays - you're welcome to come along and try a session anytime!
