As part of the the Auckland Fringe Festival, RnR (Rest and Restoration) is a collaborative show with a focus on mindfulness. Jang Huddle and a team of artists from around Auckland, have created work that depicts the nature of this theme through various art-forms. Such as; live performances, video installations and a DIY clay station.

Jang Huddle welcomes the Auckland community to this show to encourage the indulgence of self-care and rest. Throughout the week, the space will be open to members of the public that wish to come and find pockets of chill time. They can spread out in a bean bag while watching video installations, they can pour over a locally made zine or perhaps even craft something of their own. Come the weekend, these three pockets of chill will be accompanied by live music, a live dance performance and refreshments will be served.

If you'd like to come but want to stay home, there will be a link posted on the FB event page very soon.
