Rongoā Māori Workshops with Donna Kerridge

Fresh Gallery Otara is excited to offer 3 separate Rongoā workshops with Donna Kerridge, a registered Medical Herbalist and traditionally trained Rongoā Māori practitioner.

Youth
A rangatahi workshop that focuses on identifying some of our native plants, and simple techniques to support well-being.
When: 27 Apr, 10am – 1pm. Age: 10 – 17 Years Old.

Mamas // FULL
Simple life-changing remedies to support hormonal cycles and common everyday health.
When: 11 May, 10am – 1pm.

Kuia // FULL
The care and wellbeing for our elders, and a simple antiviral tincture for our respiratory system.
When: 18 May 10am – 1pm.
