Sawmill is an independent, New Zealand owned brewery run by a small and talented team.

The Brewery was established in 2004 on the site of what was once a local timber mill established in the 1860’s. Their brewing is underpinned by this heritage of craftsmanship and tenacity.

Sawmill will not have a stand at the Great Kiwi Beer Festival, so this is a great chance to try these fantastic beers.
