Second New Zealand Practical Method Chen Style Taiji Camp

Chen Style Taijiquan (Tai Chi) Practical Method - The very authentic traditional Chinese martial art! Practical Method theory is a complex and complete system. The principles are unique, clear and strict. We follow the way of ancients to practice this deep art.

Master Chen is the 19th generation of Chen Style Taijiquan and the international standard bearer of Practical Method. Has been teaching and promoting Taiji around the world since 1985. Now he has over three hundred disciples in nearly one hundred and thirty countries and regions.

This is a four-day Taiji training camp with accommodation and meals on site.
We will cover: Theory, Foundations, Yilu (First Routine) forms, Partner training, Drills, Applications and Push Hands. Disciples will take part in the instructions.

Dates:
20th to 23rd February 2021 (Arriving from 4pm on the 19th)
Early morning practice: 6-7
Morning session: 8.30-11.30
Afternoon session: 2-5
Evening practice: 7-8.30
(The early morning and evening practice are led by disciples, not formal classes, while Master Chen will be there and give instructions. If four sessions a day is too intense, then these are optional.)

Kinloch Wilderness Retreat (Kinloch Lodge), 862 Kinloch Rd Kinloch, Glenorchy 9372. One-hour drive from Queenstown

Accommodation options:
Shared rooms. (Upgrade available on request)

Costs:
4 days 4 nights $1050 (Earlybird $950)
