Sensory Series: Cheese, Chocolate and Wine Tasting

We are kicking off the first of our Sensory Series with a cheese and chocolate tasting from Alison Leber aka @rovingcheesemonger. She has 30 years experience in the industry, one of 46 people to hold the title of ACS, CCP, CCSE, American Cheese Society Professional and Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator. This in the cheese world is the equivalent of a Master Sommelier.
