Shakespeare Globe Centre NZ Regional Festival

6 of the region's high schools, with approximately 100 children from Years 9-13, perform either a 5-minute or 15-minute excerpt from any of Shakespeare's plays. Come see Shakespeare as you have never seen it before - from "As You Like It" in business suits to "Hamlet" in a boxing ring. The 2 best scenes will be chosen to represent our region in the national festival held in Wellington in June.
