Come and join your local DOC rangers by jumping into spring and whakanuia te taiao - take a moment for nature to celebrate Conservation Week 2021.
Create a nature journal to take home while spotting native plants and claim your Kiwi Guardians medal!
Explore and learn about our local native plants through crafts before joining us for a guided hikoi ( walk) in the New Zealand section of the Christchurch Botanic Gardens to see if you can spot them in the wild.
This event is FREE but bookings must be made to confirm numbers
Suitable for ages 5+ - all children must be accompanied by an adult
