Tarawera Ultramarathon is New Zealand’s most prestigious trail ultra.
Runners can complete the 21km, 50km, 102km distances, or the 100 Mile Endurance Run. The spectacular course runs through places of cultural significance to local Maori people and some of the most scenery of the region, with seven lakes, forests and waterfalls along your run.
This event is perfect for everyone - from first time trail runners to those more experienced ultramarathoners.
