The Changing Room: Kate Morland

The Changing Room: A series of talks by local women, sharing their story of being a women in active recreation or sport.

Our speaker for August is Kate Morland, Studio Rubix.

Kate will share her angle on wellbeing with a particular focus on our relationships with food and nutrition.

Kate co-created and runs Studio Rubix with her husband and wears many hats in the business, ranging from Dietitian, Exercise Specialist, to Mindfulness Facilitator. Outside of running a business and managing a team of 9, she is a mum to 4 young girls aged 3-9yrs.

In her ‘spare time’ Kate challenges her physical and mental strength with trail running; participating in endurance events which have included The Ring of Fire, The Goat and Southern Crossing.
