The Effective Director Series

The Effective Director Series is a sharply focused three-day programme delivering critical content in a condensed period of time. It is designed for busy directors who want to gain skills and knowledge that can be put into immediate practice.

Each session will include a mix of presentations, discussions, case studies and simulated situations. On successful completion you will receive the Governance New Zealand Effective Director Certificate.

Course structure
You will be provided with a board pack for a sample company and its subsidiaries to provide you with a near-to-real-life situation. Using this pack, you will review the governance and associated risks of the organisations, look beyond the financials, and learn how to recognise the right questions to ask.
