The Wellington Roast Battle

Put your hand's together for Wellington's SECOND comedy roast battle!

The Wellington Roast Battle will see eight of Wellington's top comedians competing for the title of Roast King or Queen and a $100 cash prize.

Nothing is off-limits. We will see ex versus ex, friends versus friends and most importantly, comics versus comics.

Contestants will progress through the rounds according to how the panel of three judges stack them up against the categories of originality, brutality and hilarity. The judges come from a range of backgrounds including rap battle hosts to comedy show producers.

The night will be fun, it will be brutal, and it will be toasty.
