I am a teacher, performer and mother and I started Physical Stories because I wanted my daughter to do a class like this. I perform interactive stories using drama, yoga, songs and mindfulness. I really believe in these unique classes and the many benefits they offer children including:

- Time for meaningful reflection, teaching children strategies to deal with their emotions.
