The idea of Trust the chef is to bring to the table present environmental issues and how food impacts our planet, so will be educational as our intention is to inspire change.
Sustainability, networking, local, tradition, partnering are our pillars of Trust the Chef.
We are partnering up with Buzzstop and Carrick winery to provide a 5 course plant based dinner set menu with matching wine samples.
Each partner will provide a brief story about their brand in terms of sustainability practices.
