In this workshop, we look at the use of line and space in intaglio and relief printing. Some hands-on mark-making and printing will support our understanding of positive and negative space in print.

Take your time to play around with the concept of print and review the Distant Kinship/Verre Verwanten NL/NZ exhibition with a newfound understanding.

Workshop open to beginners and more advanced printmakers. All materials provided. The sessions will be led by printmaker Sybille Schlumbom.

Schedule:
10 am - Workshop session 1
11 am - Tea break (provided)
11:15am - Workshop session 2
12:30pm - Lunch break
1:15pm - Workshop session 3
