Wednesday Drawing - Kids

This class covers the basic foundations of drawing. Children will learn to ‘see’ by simplifying objects into basic shapes, making them easy to draw. They will learn perspective, proportion, shadows and shading techniques while sketching from life around them and having fun! This is an 8-week class. Ages 8-12 years old. Ricki is a self-taught, practising artist and sculptor. She enjoys all kinds of creative outlets such as renovation of old furniture, mosaic, recycle art, sculpting with various mediums, painting and mixed media. She loves trying new techniques and learn through her own mistakes. She thoroughly enjoys children and love to inspire them to tap into their own sense of creativity.
