Are you an introvert or an extrovert? Open-minded or conservative? Have you ever wondered what personality really means and how to understand your own? Join doctoral candidate Jessica Stubbing to find out more.
These three-hour sessions explore the theory of what personality is and how it develops, allowing participants to dive into understanding their own personality through different approaches. This will be an engaging, interactive course where you can ask everything you’ve ever wondered about personality.

-Theoretical models of personality – from ancient civilisations to today
-Why we care about personality – implications for understanding ourselves, work, and our lives
-Understanding our own personality
-How we can apply theory in our lives to live more fulfilling lives.
