On Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd April Chef Hannes Bareiter and his team at Tītī restaurant in St Clair will create a 5-course dinner influenced by the wild.

Hannes has a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management from Germany. He has worked in five-star restaurants in Germany and Europe as well as in exquisite restaurants and boutique lodges in New Zealand.

For the past three festivals Hannes and his Partner Melanie created sell out wild food dinners at the wonderful Glenfalloch Garden Restaurant where they utilised some wild ingredients foraged from the Gardens and wider parts of the Otago Peninsula.
We feel honoured that he and Melanie have chosen to participate again out of their new restaurant Tītī during this year’s Wild Dunedin Festival. We are excited to see what he will produce for 'Wild on the Menu'.
